 P.SUBBARAYAN . Paramasivan Subbarayan (11 September 1889 – 6 October 1962) was an Indian politician, freedom fighter and diplomat and was the First Minister of Madras Presidency, India's ambassador to Indonesia and Union Minister of Transport and Communications in Jawaharlal Nehru's government. He was the father of General P. P. Kumaramangalam, who served as India's Chief of Army staff, and of politician Mohan Kumaramangalam. He was also the grandfather of INC and BJP politician and Union Minister Rangarajan Kumaramangalam. Subbarayan was born at the British Raj era on 11 September 1889 in the family estate at Kumaramangalam, Salem district and had his education at Presidency College, Trinity College Dublin, the University of London and Christ Church, Oxford.   Relative strength of PMK and VCK FRONT..2016 . The speciality of 2016 tamilnadu Assembly  Election was the disgusting six Party alliance  of  vaiko, vck, vijaykanth,vaasan, cpi and cpm. It's name was makkal nalak koottani. . Jayalalitha admk  had won in the previous Assembly Election in 2011. And was trying to win 2016 Election also, which she did.. It was widely rumoured then that the purpose of that mnk was to split  anti Jaya Vote and make Jaya win. Kalaignyar karunanidhi was leading the dmk. Congress was in alliance with dmk. EVKS ILANGOVAN was then leading the tamilnadu congress. Vaiko was said to be the agent who arranged for  huge funds from Jaya for this purpose. The fund was possibly equally divided among the six jokers.  Vijaykanth was projected as the chief minister. " One State, one language " is a universal feature of almost every State.  Examine the constitution of  Germany,  examine the constitution of France,  examine the constitution of Italy,  examine the  constitution of England,  and examine the constitution of the U.S.A.  " One State, one language " is the  rule. Wherever there has been a departure from this rule there has been a danger to the State.  The  illustration of the mixed States are to be found in the oldAustrian Empire and the ol Turkish Empire.  They were blown up because they were multi-lingual States with all that a multi-lingual State means.  India cannot escape this fate if it continues to be a congery of mixed States.
